Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if you change your mind, here’s what you need to know.

Purchases made from our website(s) can be returned to us within 30 days if unworn (unless any changes to this timeframe are stated above). This allows time to determine that the product meets your expectations, fits well etc, before venturing outdoors. Please ensure shoes are tried on with care, on carpeted floors.

All products must be returned in the original packaging, in the same unworn and unused condition in which they were received. Returns should not show any signs of wear or damage, including, but not restricted to, creased uppers and scuffed leather soles. Wearing items outdoors or on a hard floor, is deemed as acceptance of goods.

If a return does not meet this criteria, you may not qualify for a refund.

Exchanges

You can exchange for another size if it’s in stock. For a different model or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order on our website. This is the most efficient method and helps us provide you with the best possible service.

Damages and issues

 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns personalized items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refunds of delivery cost
